Margaret Kay Kulpa
Margaret is the Chief Executive Officer of AgileDigm, Incorporated. Margaret has over 30 years experience in developing complex software- intensive systems. She is an internationally known author, presenter, and consultant in the areas of management, software engineering, and process and performance improvement. Margaret is a Certified ScrumMaster. She is the primary author of Interpreting the CMMI: A Process Improvement Approach, Second Edition, Auerbach (2008) which details how to identify, define, and improve business, systems and software processes on both enterprise-wide and project levels. She is a past reviewer and editor for the Institute for Electronics and Electrical Engineers (IEEE) magazine, and enjoys acting as a featured speaker at international conferences.

Services provided include training in CMMI concepts and implementation, measurement strategies, acquisition, mentoring, consulting, and appraisal (SCAMPI) assistance.  Ms. Kulpa has developed and taught courses in software quality assurance, project management, peer reviews, requirements development and management, process baselines and modeling, safety and security, and other software engineering-related subjects. She has developed courses in the CMMI and has served as an external member of numerous SCAMPI Class A Appraisals.

Kent Aaron Johnson
Kent is the Chief Technical Officer of AgileDigm, Incorporated. Kent has successfully worked with executives and staff in industries including aviation, telecommunications, automotive, defense, software product development, healthcare, and medical devices.

He has been involved in organizational improvement since 1987. He is a Certified ScrumMaster, CMMI Institute-Certified SCAMPI Lead Appraiser, a CMMI Institute-Certified SCAMPI High Maturity Lead Appraiser, and a CMMI Institute-Certified CMMI® instructor. He has helped clients move from Maturity Level 1 to Maturity Level 5 using both the CMM and CMMI. He is the primary author of several new courses on Agile CMMI and Scrum.

Prior to joining AgileDigm, he was the Director of Systems Engineering for TeraQuest Metrics, Inc. (later acquired by Borland Software). While at Borland, he served as the manager for Borland's largest process improvement project within Eurore at NATO in the Netherlands and Belgium and led the Process Improvement Group within Borland's EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) Region.

David Reo
David is the Director of European Operations for AgileDigm, Incorporated. David provides professional services to systems and software engineering organizations focusing on increasing organizational performance by identifying and aligning improvements in processes and methodologies to support the achievement of the organization’s strategic business goals.

David is a CMMI Institute-Certified CMMI® Instructor having taught this course nearly 70 times in 20 countries to over 1000 professionals. David has led and/or participated in over 30 appraisals of organizations. These appraisals have been aimed at providing organizations with an accurate picture of their current process strengths and improvement opportunities, providing the basis for a realistic improvement plan, as well as providing benchmark ratings against established industry recognized models.

Previously David was a Principal Consultant and Consulting Services Manager for Borland Software Corporation where he led professional services (consultancy and training) in Spain, Portugal and Italy directed at providing world-class solutions for the implementation of Borland's Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) suite of products. Additionally, David provided end-to-end engagement support for Borland's Process Optimization Practice across the EMEA region. This included leading CMMI-based appraisals, providing training, mentoring and coaching to clients.
